Quality over Quantity

I've ordered a couple of 6'' protectors. I'm not gonna lie they came chipped . im pretty sure they were damaged in transit, but i don't shop here because of the quality of product. no my friends i buy from this website, for one reason and one reason only. i shop here for the fantastic customer service. polite, fast responses to my messages. 10 out of 10 thank you.

Damaged Case

I’m giving 5-stars because I feel it wasn’t EcoTek’s fault but more so the courier. The packaging was done well and when I opened it up the corner of the top cap for the 6” protector was cracked. I did reach out to EcoTek admin department with an email and a picture of the damage Protector and haven’t heard back. May I please receive a replacement for my damaged protector? Just the lid/cap would be great. Thank you.
